SMS Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the optional non-marketing text messaging program offered by DRW Services, doing business as Dom Williams Services. They supplement our website Terms & Conditions.
SMS program and message types
With your consent, Dom Williams Services may send customer care text messages about your electrical service inquiries, responses from our virtual assistant, estimate requests, callback coordination, and appointment or service updates. Messages may be automated or AI-assisted. This program does not include promotional offers or advertising.
Consent and eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this SMS program. You must own the mobile number provided or be authorized to give consent for it.
To opt in, visit our text assistance form, provide your phone number, select the optional SMS consent checkbox, and submit the form. The checkbox is not preselected. Submitting the form without checking it does not provide SMS consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using website chat. Providing a callback number, calling us, or using live chat alone does not enroll you in this program.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your inquiries and service activity. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received. Contact your wireless provider for details about your plan and charges.
How to opt out
Text STOP in reply to a program message at any time to unsubscribe. You may receive one confirmation message, after which no further program messages will be sent unless you opt in again. To rejoin, complete the text assistance form and provide SMS consent again. If your number changes or is reassigned, please notify us.

Carrier disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on network coverage, carrier support, and system availability and is not guaranteed.
Privacy
Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how we collect, use, and protect your information. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Service requests and safety
A text conversation does not confirm an appointment, price, or agreement for electrical work. Dom must confirm those details directly. Text messaging is not an emergency service and is not continuously monitored by Dom. Do not use it for electrical diagnosis or repair instructions. In an immediate emergency, move to safety and call 911.
Updates
We may update these terms and will post the revised date on this page. Changes do not enroll you in a different messaging purpose without appropriate consent. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
